Rift Valley MP Says What'll Quickly Happen if Ruto Agrees to Work With Raila.

Kenya would quickly recover from her current economic problems if President William Ruto and Azimio La Umoja leader Raila Odinga came together and worked closely, Emgwen Member of Parliament Josses Lelmengit has said.

It is for this reason that he wants the two to work closely and end the hostility currently between them, which he says is only making things worse.

The lawmaker says that the country, just like all the others around the world, is struggling with tough economical times, and there is need for Raila to drop his anti-Ruto demonstrations for the sake of Kenyans.

“I am calling on him to work closely with President William Ruto to change the economic status of our country. As I have said, riots will not heal this country,” he told The Star on Tuesday.

The lawmaker has said that while they respect Raila and the contribution he has made towards making Kenya a better place, it is also true that he is now contributing to making Kenyans suffer even more.

He has asked him to prove that he still has good plans for Kenyans by calling off the demos, terming him an elderly man who has already had his time, and who should now be making peace with everybody.

“The opposition leader has had his time, and as a youth of this country, I am telling him that we respect him. Whatever he is fronting will not add value to the current economic stresses the youth are undergoing,” the parliamentarian has further said.

Raila has since unleashed two weekly demos and protests on Ruto, whom he is accusing of defiance.

He has vowed to make the Head of State agree to his demands, which include lowering cost of living and opening the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) servers, through the streets.opera

Revealed: The 'black gold' that some Kenyan mechanics steal from cars in garages

It has become common knowledge over the years that certain shady mechanics in Kenya and elsewhere modify essential safety features of customers' automobiles without their permission. The catalytic converter is one such part, also known as a muffler or the 'black gold' because to its dark colour and expensive price. The first step is to define the term "catalytic converter." According to Wikipedia, this is a combination of precious metals found in the tailpipe of a vehicle. These metals include platinum, palladium, and rhodium. The catalytic convertor's goal is to lessen the toxicity of exhaust gases and hence reduce pollution (such as converting carbon monoxide to carbon dioxide). The catalytic converter is a best-seller. Any dishonest mechanic would gladly take it and sell it on, possibly even to you. Remove the catalytic converter and your car may become noisier, its exhaust gases may be...
