President Ruto who finally took over from the former president Uhuru has already taken over the instruments of power and his allies seems to have felt the benefits already. According to the trusted source, Ruto's friends who were facing a total of ksh 30 billions fraud cases have had their said cases withdrawn from the courts of law. A number of the cases withdrawn were allegedly claimed to be politically instigated on the victims for the political stand. The biggest beneficiary of the said case withdrawal is the deputy president whose ksh 7.5 billion cases was withdrawn immediately after taking over the leadership. Other cases amounting to the said amount was facing Ruto's political allies of which were all withdrawn from them. Kenyans have reacted differently to the said allegations on case withdrawal due to political alignments. According to a number of Kenyans, that should not be the case as it amount to compromised justice.
